The incumbent should be Masters in Sustainability / Social Sciences / EHS from reputed institutes, Should have expertise in working with national level indicators, SDGs, Certifications and bodies etc/Exposure of GRI, IR, EMS 14001, 140064, 140046, PAAS 2050, SROI, AWS, ESIA, IICA, BEE.
The incumbent will be responsible for -:
- Managing the implementation and continuance of Company Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and program to ensure consistency and effectiveness globally including Planning, formulation, implementation of CSR initiatives which bring eminence, cooperation & trust of the community in and around plants, SBU's.
- Proposing new programs and initiatives targeting to key business leaders
- Managing and Operating effective community development programs through non-profit implementation partners. Programs which will be responsible for raising awareness of Company environment and social commitment and its altruistic endeavors.
- Designing and managing execution of projects in keeping with the CSR policy
- Identification of programs in line with the CSR policy
- Empanelment, identification and diligence of implementation partners and proposals.
- Developing work plans and budgets
- Assessing feasibility of execution. Evaluate impact, resource requirement, cost/benefit of new programs, against industry standards.
- Create implementation strategies, with project targets
- Assist in the development and recommendation of the CSR budget and program investment.
