Our client is a well-known global player in Pharma with an instant brand recall and owns a major market share. For their India Operations, they are looking for Manager - Corporate Strategy & M&A. He / she will be responsible for : - Evaluating new initiatives and partnerships for strategic fitment, maintaining the industry and external stakeholder's relationship to drive the strategic partnership, deal process etc. - Will work closely with global business and support functions at various business collaboration stages and will be responsible for monitoring the implementations Business plans. - Will be responsible for operational due diligence, cost reduction, M&A etc. - Will be involved in forecasting, analytical and modelling support to business teams and drive business cases approvals for new launches, including regulatory prioritisation and pricing. Ideal candidate will have : - MBA from Premium Business School (Tier I ONLY) - 4 to 6 Years of industry experience out of which at least 3+ years working with leading consulting firm in Strategy and Business Development and should have worked closely with the stakeholders / CXO's. - Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
