Role- Strategy Manager / Corporate Strategy

- Experience of handling Mergers & Acquisition, Financial Modelling, Due diligence in terms of Merger or De-Merger is mandatory

Location - Mumbai

Industry - Big 4's, Entertainment , Sports ,Management Consulting Firms

Qualification - MBA (Tier 1 or 2 only)

- Should have worked on business expansion and inorganic growth opportunities

- Consumer Insights, Market analysis, Sales Strategy, financial evaluation, MIS

- Growth Strategy , Stake Holder Resume

- Formulate growth strategy options for the businesses by analyzing global trends tracking competitors business models and their future plans.

- Assist in developing valuation models capturing and analyzing key assumptions to arrive at the target initial value.

- Conduct the due diligence on the financial commercial and management aspects on the target company by identifying inconsistent areas in the past developing workable options and coordinating with various corporate function
