JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / KRA :

- Working on Strategy consulting assignments like Go to market, market entry strategy.

- Providing business advisory to companies around market opportunity assessment, market entry/expansion, strategic roadmap

- Lead a team of 10-12 professionals undertaking commercial due diligence studies.

Desired Candidate :

- MBA/ CA/ CFA with 7-10 yrs of experience in to corporate strategy.

Looking for people with functional expertise in the following areas :

- Growth strategies

- Market entry assessments

- Portfolio reviews

- Operational improvement

- Commercial due diligence

- Post-merger integration

- Carve-out / Divestment
