Salary range - 25-30 LPA

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have done MBA/MSW/ PMIR & Mass Communication with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Candidate should be First Class pass out in 10th, 12th & Graduation + PG is Mandatory. Ability to display excellent intellect when interacting with local/regional governments and external stakeholders

Role & Responsibilities

The incumbent is in charge of devising and implementing external relation strategy that help deliver the organization's goal and identifying opportunities to improve external impact. Identifying, developing and managing key stakeholder relationships (e.g. Governments, NGOs, Local opinion makers) on sound research and analysis.

Build good relations with stakeholder and management to promote and maintain a harmonious industrial relations as to ensure smooth operation of plant. Thereby creating a positive atmosphere in the community resulting in goodwill.

Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies including informing, consulting and involving stakeholders where relevant and evaluating the effectiveness of these strategies.

Ensuring stakeholders are recognised as partners in the development and delivery of Organization's strategic goals.

Work closely with community leaders and members to handle stakeholder grievances and resolve conflicts related to Land, employment issues of the community and other developmental activities in the community.

Become a conduit between outsourced partner and the community and ensure organization's presence in stakeholder forums, meetings and special events.

Advising senior management of issues and risks to stakeholder relationships as soon as they arise so as to manage the risks effectively.

To lead, motivate and manage the External Relation team - creating a positive, innovative and high performing culture.
