Job title : Manager- corporate security

Job Description:

- Lead both physical security and electronic surveillance

- Lead special access programs

- Develop and implement security procedures consistent with best industry practices

- Enhance the ongoing security awareness and education programs

- Maintain and coordinate excellent working relationships with other functions

- Assure compliance with all government and company security regulations

- Manage day-to-day execution of all security operations

Essential Responsibilities:

- Provide security leadership, management and oversight to the facility

- Manage all aspects of the applicable government security directives associated with security programs

- Direct all administrative inquiries and incident reporting

- Conduct security briefings and training to Company employees, third parties and other staff

- Prepare and maintain official records auditable by internal and external auditors

- Perform security administrative duties

- Process incoming and outgoing classified visits

- Lead and perform information system security functions. A successful candidate will have knowledgeable of large-scale server systems, access control system, fire safety and other related peripherals

- Auditing offices across all locations and ensuring it as per the standards

- Deployment of security staff

- Liaise with the vendors and management for an effective solution of the complaints/improvement

- Evaluate shortfall and vulnerabilities to determine whether additional safeguards are needed

- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, communication and time-management skills

Qualifications and Skills:

- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

- Relevant ISO certification preferred
