Corporate Sales Manager | Real-Estate Tech Startup

Established in 2016, our Gurgaon based client is India's leading tech enabled workspace provider. Located in central business districts of tier 1 and tier 2 cities, these shared office spaces for startups and MSEs are thoughtfully designed to provide high-end amenities and aesthetics.

Managing 2.5 million sq ft across 18 cities, this company has some prestigious clients including Zomato, PhonePe, Samsung, Airtel, HDFC Bank, among others.

As a Corporate sales Manager, will be responsible for driving corporate sales efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base within the industry. You will play a pivotal role in representing our brand, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.

What you will to do:

- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the coworking space sector

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients including operators, developers, IPCs, DPCs, aggregators, and other relevant entities

- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities

- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral

- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our coworking spaces

- Negotiating terms, contracts, and pricing agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders including operations, facilities management, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients

- Monitoring sales performance metrics, tracking progress against targets, and providing regular reports to senior management

- Staying updated on industry developments, attending networking events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance industry knowledge and fostering professional relationships

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred

- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, business development, or account management roles

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, and customer needs

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, negotiate effectively, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth

- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools

- Presentable with a professional demeanor and polished appearance

- Willingness to travel as needed

- Ability to join the company within 15-20 days
