Skills Required:

- At least 3 year's track record of meeting/exceeding increasing sales targets and responsibilities

- Prior experience in selling solutions to HR dept. in healthcare sector at Corporate level

- Prior experience in building and nurturing long-term account relationships

- Prior experience in handling teams and team management

- Excitement to grow the market for an innovative service that has 95%+ customer satisfaction a and great customer retention

- Problem-solver, eager to learn, self-starter, goal-oriented, mentoring skills, team management skills

- Meticulous and detail oriented approach

- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities:

- Manager - Corporate Accounts, you will be reporting to the Head - Corporate and Business Groups. As the Manager Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for your city, you will

- Be responsible for direct and channel sales of preventive health solutions to corporate clients in your city

- Work independently to develop new leads and convert qualified leads

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners in your territory

Requirements:

Work Experience: 3 - 6 years

Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore

No. of Positions open: 2

Compensation: Market standards with attractive incentives and earnings multipliers

Good to have:

1. Experience in selling benefits (e.g. insurance products) & wellness products (e.g. preventive diagnostics) to HR in corporate

2. Experience in selling a value-added solution

3. Experience in working remotely

Important Notes:

1. This position is based out of the cities specified above. Successful candidate must currently be based in the same city they are applying for or be prepared to relocate

2. Travel Required: Mostly within city. However, job may require you to travel to Bangalore Corporate Office periodically.
