Sales Manager-Corporate Sales

- 4 to 8 years Experience

- Confident corporate or MICE sales and comfortable with meetings, in city travel and targets. Also working with and thru travel agents and event cos and other partners - they should be strong in one or other area if not all

- They should be working in companies where targets are important. They should be comfortable with sales meetings and setting targets and achieving the same

- We want ambitious people who are team workers

- Its much more creative, independent, a better profile of customer to deal with and a lot more rounded role with multi exposure to aspects of creating strategy, marketing plans and executing them and being involved with top management on different aspects of the business

- Aggressive and wants to grow fast and prove self and sees this as an opportunity to learn more aspects of business and sales and marketing

- Being from hotel comfortable with the 7 days working concept and loves to meet people and excited with sailing with customers

- Wants to understand career path and likes our vision

Revenue Generation : Sell to and build relationships with senior management including CHROs, Business Heads and MDs and senior leaders to meet business targets

- Be proactive and resourceful as you conceptualize and customize the offering based on customer needs. Create products customized to client needs and especially focus on repeat and structured products. Thus, the ability to negotiate and understand the product thoroughly is an important aspect of the job

- Manage the data base and customer information and ensure relationships are well leveraged and nurtured

- Create awareness and reach through innovative methods like PR, association tie ups and other means

- Should have experience of Corporate Sales experience in Events/Travel/Media/Hospitality / FMCG/ Banking organization. Those with MICE experience and with experience in selling training programs, conferences etc will have added advantage. Those with strong corporate sales or relationship / concept sales should also apply

- MBA degree holder from a reputed institute

- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel etc. is a pre requisite for the job and the candidate should have high proficiency in computers, written and verbal communication and presentation skills and great at negotiation

- A person who displays high leadership skills and the ability to innovate and be resourceful in creating the strategies to build a robust business.
