Job Purpose :
- This role is responsible for leading the team of Branch Sales, CRM, Affiliations & Distribution team to achieve the desired growth targets of the Branch.
Key Result Areas :
- To achieve budgeted individual and team targets
- Manage and lead a team with focus on individual development, training and support to achieve defined KRA's.
- Matching people to tasks and ensuring complete resource utilization.
- Client relationships management
- Market study in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence, market share and affiliate network strength/adequacy and visibility
- Takes responsibility for the administrative issues of the branch & ensures deliverable on affiliate relationships & distributions issues through local teams & centralized nodal resources.
