Duties :

- Must be able to work independently under the guidance of a Regional Head to get maximum clients on board

- Must be capable of devising a sales strategy, mapping target industries and clients and defining means to connect to them

- Would be required to go on field or client site and explain the potential clients about Aasaan Jobs and understand their requirement

- Should be capable of doing commercial and legal negotiation and thus, closing deals independently

- Implementation of various Pricing strategies to maximize revenue

- Should work hard to achieve the goal possible in getting the clients on board

- Maintaining various reports for sales tracking

Expectations :

- Is self motivated and self driven

- Must be hard working and should have the drive to take the initiative to follow up with all prospective clients regularly

- Contributes individually and in a team

- Must be very fluent in English (verbal and written)

- Should have a logical approach to work

- Should have the ability to fully understand the operations of the clients business, understand the nodes where AJ can potentially supply manpower

- Should be able to create a need for our product offerings - contractual staffing and payroll outsourcing

- Should have the drive to relentlessly and smartly follow up with prospective clients

- Should be proficient in MS Office Suite

- Strives to learn best practices in every aspect of the job

- Works in the best interest of the organisation as a whole

- Has consistently demonstrated the ability and commitment to deliver major initiatives from the beginning (ideation, strategy) to full deployment in a timely manner

- Is analytical & data-savvy

- Should be a sound and reliable adviser for all BD matters

- Must learn and contribute to our vision, our mission & our team

Salary : Negotiable for right candidate
