Manager- Corporate sales
1. Techno Marketing Profile with focus on Corporate Sales including Group Insurance Policies.
2. Planning and strategizing acquisition of corporate clients including innovative marketing efforts.
3. Leading the marketing team by example, setting targets for them (including self imposed ones) and monitoring them.
4. Recruitment of Marketing team, ensuring generation of leads for marketing team either by the team directly or through tele-calling or any other method like canopies, referrals from clients, insurers, TPAs etc., regular monitoring of their work, supporting and their training on products/soft skills.
5. Identifying the geographies / industries /sectors / products / insurance companies to be focused for marketing.
6. Ensuring good profitability of the Branch/es and planning growth both for the Business and employees.
7. Close Liaison with senior officials of preferred insurance companies and bargaining best terms (if there is no national level understanding).
8. Supervising servicing of clients on all fronts including handholding for claim settlement.
9. Retention strategies for clients acquired, holding renewal meetings in time etc.
