Business Development :
- Divide and cascade monthly GWP targets between broker groups for target achievement
- Educate new and existing broker groups for new General Insurance products to ensure sales through new products
- Drive schemes for brokers to motivate them to achieve greater sales for GI polices
- Share competitive quotes to brokers to facilitate new client acquisition and to achieve new business budget
- Generate business through broker channel and key customers across the territory to achieve business targets
Broker Relationship Management:
- Undertake daily broker visits, to maintain relationship to drive the business
- Offer support in the resolution of problems and queries to help brokers acquire and retain clients and deliver targets
- Scan the market for new brokers to identify opportunities for them and increase their portfolio
- Discuss business renewal cases with internal stake holders to finalize terms and conditions
Clients Relationship Management:
- Undertake scheduled visit as per client segment for customer engagement and relation
Business Review:
- Track performance of brokers to check for of achievement of targets
- Track renewal retention (broker and direct) on weekly basis to push for target achievement
- Maintain daily sourcing and booking of premium to track status of polices
- Send policy copies renewal notice to broker to insure timely policy renewal by clients.
- Interact daily with operation team to check status of policy issuances
