JD for Requirement :
1. Employee Benefit Proposition presentation to the trustees amongst all categories of clients
2. Aggressively acquire PSU, MNC, Private Sector Accounts on Fund Business; Gratuity, Superannuation, Leave Encashment, PRMS and Employee Welfare Funds
3. Synergize with assigned EB Brokers & acquire or renew large Group Term Life accounts which have claims experience of < 90% & possibility to generate profit each year
4. Retain and grow the existing AUM as per the accounts assigned
5. Provide Consultative Selling Solutions & engage with CXO/ Decision Makers to consider ahead of other Insurers
6. Ensure strict adherence of Sales Management Processes & Activity Management in salesforce.com system
7. Ensure 100% prompt client servicing on Statements, Endorsements & any other client updates
8. Track Capital Markets/ Investment Strategy to ensure a suitable ROI to clients on Unit Linked/ Traditional Funds in line with competition
9. Ensure 100% Compliant Business in high competitive space
10. 'High Speed to Market' on Tenders/ RFPs being designed in line with strengths.
