Job Brief :

- The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate sales strategies, identify market opportunities, develop sales plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible to establishes and maintains relationships with corporate clients, negotiates contracts.

- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

- Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities in the fabric manufacturing and supplier industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities.

- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations, ensuring profitable agreements and contracts are secured.

- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Build and maintain a positive and professional brand image for the company through effective client interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Finding new customers: The CSM will identify and reach out to potential clients who may be interested in the company's products or services. This involves conducting research, networking, and using various sales strategies to generate leads.

- Getting meetings with customers: Once potential customers have been identified, CSM must schedule meetings with them to pitch the company's products or services. This may involve making cold calls, sending emails, or using other communication channels.

- Obtaining sampling or bulk orders: The goal of the meetings is to secure orders from customers.

- This may involve providing product samples or conducting product demonstrations to persuade the customer to place an order.

- Following up on orders: After an order has been placed, the CSM will follow up with various departments within the company to ensure that the order is processed and delivered to the customer on time. This includes coordinating with the grey department, mill department, folding and dispatch department, and any other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of the order.

- Reporting work progress: The CSM will keep detailed records of all work done on a day- to-day basis and submit regular reports to their reporting authority.

- Reporting tele-conversions: If the CSM engages with customers over the phone, they must report any key highlights of the conversation to the customer via email.

- Written communication: The CSM will ensure that all communication with customers, including WhatsApp and email, is in writing to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstandings.

- Regular updates: The CSM will provide regular updates on their progress to their customer and share them in the WhatsApp group, typically every three days.

Required Knowledge and Skill:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. A master's degree will be an added advantage.

2. Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in corporate sales in the female ethnic or western fabric manufacturing and supplier industry.

3. Skills: Excellent networking and communication skills, negotiation skills, strong business acumen, ability to meet sales targets, knowledge of market trends and competitors, strategic thinking, organizational skills, leadership skills.

- Must have the highest ethical standards.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
