Job Summary / Deliverables:
- Employee Benefit Proposition presentation to the trustees amongst all categories of clients
- Aggressively acquire PSU, MNC, Private Sector Accounts on Fund Business; Gratuity, Superannuation, Leave Encashment, PRMS and Employee Welfare Funds
- Synergize with assigned EB Brokers & acquire or renew large Group Term Life accounts which have claims experience of < 90% & possibility to generate profit each year
- Retain and grow the existing AUM as per the accounts assigned
- Provide Consultative Selling Solutions & engage with CXO/ Decision Makers to consider ahead of other Insurers
- Ensure strict adherence of Sales Management Processes & Activity Management in salesforce.com system
- Ensure 100% prompt client servicing on Statements, Endorsements & any other client updates
- Track Capital Markets/ Investment Strategy to ensure a suitable ROI to clients on Unit Linked/ Traditional Funds in line with competition
- Ensure 100% Compliant Business in high competitive space
- 'High Speed to Market' on Tenders/ RFPs being designed in line with strengths
- Negotiation of price, Fund procurement from Corporates/PSU , Accomplishing revenue increase and ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.
