Role and Responsibilities:
- Developing relationship with key decision-makers in target organization for business development.
- Implementing Strategic Account Management to achieve a partnership relationship with key accounts to meet business objective in the changing business landscape.
- Ensuring Provision of Value added services to customers for enhancing their satisfaction levels.
- Establishing short/ long term budgets & corporate of revenue potential for achieving profitability.
- Reviewing & interpreting the market trends/ client feedback to attune the operational/ marketing strategies as per the guest requirements and expectations.
- Market savvy with expertise in penetrating new market (Sales/Business Development, Networking, Customer Service), Relationship Manager, Key Account Manager, High Value Tenders, Contract & financial management, Training and Development, Strategic Sales Planning, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Service etc..
Required Skills / Special Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent professional degree
- 4 - 8 years of professional marketing experience
- Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
- Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Leader, Driver, Creative Problem Solver, Analytical, Versatile, and - Thrives Under Pressure- are words that describe you
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time - to deliver results on time and under budget.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Coral Draw is an added advantage
