Manager - Corporate Relations - Training & Placement

Profile Requirements :

The ideal candidate should :

- Have at least 7 years total experience, with at least 5 in the college-placements/talent-sourcing/HR-solutions-B2B kinds of roles.

- Bring at least 70 relationships with recruiting managers at various companies.

- Be extremely well spoken, capable of creating and delivering customized presentations and curious to learn more about emerging skill areas

- Preferably be an MBA

- Possess a go-getter attitude, capable of understanding the variegated capabilities of and effectively pitch possibilities to a variety of organizations

Location : Chennai

- Candidate should be ready to travel as per requirement.

Position Details :

- The person in this position will be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with companies with thriving practices in Data Science and associated areas.

- These companies will include the IT majors, niche analytics firms and all manner of technology start-ups.

- The relationship will commence with setting up a recruitment arrangement for students of institute, spanning experience ranges from 0 to 20 years.

- The long-term intent is for these relationships to develop into fulfilling the broad upskilling needs of these companies, involving their practice heads as guest faculty with, companies offering live projects to our students, and any other potentially synergistic arrangements.
