Corporate Planning Manager

Hiring for the PetroChemical Refinery (Saudi Aramco JV) under expansion phase two.

Position: Corporate Planning Manager

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Near Mecca).

Required Skills/Experience:

Job Description:

- Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

- Support senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis

- Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise the activities of the Corporate Planning to deliver team objectives and deliverables.

- Initiate and coordinate the development of the long term plans by facilitating General Management workshops to review corporate strategy, in terms of the Vision, Mission and the Corporate Strategy map.

- Act as the company representative in Planning committees to share and align each company's corporate plans. Also attends all Shareholders sub-committee meetings.

- Assist the Divisions in setting of targets and helps to identify ways to improve performance, and the setting stretch targets.

- Provide professional advice, support and guidance to the respective Divisions regarding the preparation of long term strategy, business plans and Balance Scorecard targets.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting

- Professional certifications: CMA, CPA, CTP, CFA (Required).

- Minimum Experience:10 years in relevant industries i.e. Refinery/Oil & Gas.

- Currently working in a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function within an Oil and Gas Refinery setup.

- Proven experience in managing large teams of professionals & Excellent Communications Skills.
