The incumbent would be responsible for scouting, executing and project Managing key corporate partnerships with external agencies and organizations for mutual benefit of the entity under discussion. The role would be accountable for ensuring that the project deliverables are met and business results delivered through influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders Key Responsibilities : 1. Corporate Partnerships : a. Understand and explore key partner engagements externally b. Explore mutual benefits for the identified parties c. Create concept notes for leadership sign offs and formal documentation around the details of the engagement d. Work closely with the identified parties to detail out the plan of engagement, expected business results, proposed timelines e. Jot down the legal and regulatory details of the engagement along with the respective teams 2. Project Management & Execution : a. Project manage the execution of the project once the deal has been signed with the parties b. Ensure cross functional alignment and drive execution from the various internal stakeholders like, Revenue Management, Product & technology teams, etc. c. Be the SPOC for the company with the partners to ensure smooth execution and problem solve hurdles wherever required d. Ideate on ways to enhance the engagement with the parties involved 3. Key Stakeholder engagement : a. External investors, including key business & investment houses b. Critical internal stakeholders including CEO office, CXO's and Business leaders from various verticals Key Skill sets required : - Years of experience : 3 to 8 years Only - Strategic mindset to be able to think through the mutual benefits - Strong Project Management skills - Negotiation skills & ability to influence key stakeholders - Strong Business understanding for the various entities within the organization
