We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Setting, monitoring and report on team goals.
- Designing branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyzing consumer behavior and determining customer personas.
- Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Crafting quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Monitoring competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Participating in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
- Understanding key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
- Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expanding market share.
- Utilizing data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization's databases and external data.
- Negotiating with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
