Candidate with good experience in managing legal in Banking or Financial services is desired for a large conglomerate based in Chennai.

- Candidate should be a Law graduate.

- Manage cases against the Company and approve all corporate legal documentation

- Manage Cases Against the Company (CAU)

- Advise on corporate legal matters

- Approve corporate legal documentation

- Coordinate with advocates

- Coordinate with Branches

- Review legal notices

- Approve all legal filings for CAU

- Review legal payments
