Manager L&D for a very renowned and large European MNC headquartered in India at Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a learning and development roadmap in line with the company vision and industry benchmark practices.

- Present the roadmap along with budget.

- Conceptualize and implement new initiatives.

- Deeply interact with all the function heads and SBU heads.

- Measure the effectiveness of the initiatives and present them to the leadership team.

- Drive multiple programs with the vision of making an impact and cultural change.
