Manager - Corporate HR - XLRI/TISS

- We are looking for a qualified Business HR to oversee all human resources operations and ensure theyre aligned with our business goals.

- Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with PMS, Streamlining promotions and HR Analytics. You will communicate with leaders across the region to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.

- The incumbent will be based in Bangalore and would report to the VP HRBP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze trends and metrics and support the central HR initiatives 

- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances 

- Implement the employee engagement plan 

- Provide HR policy guidance 

- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
