- Lead the entire recruitment process - candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interviews, offer process and on-boarding
- Facilitate Talent Mapping and Talent Pipeline
- Proactive engagement with the relevant external talent pool to create a talent pipeline.
- Working closely with business managers, understanding the business and its needs and applying that understanding to HR practices.
- Coordinate the performance management process and ensuring timely closure of goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews. Participating in the review discussions
- Communicate and reinforce the value proposition & culture through innovative HR initiatives.
- Manage the entire life-cycle of the employee from - Onboarding till exit- along with the HRIS platform for the designated employees
- Ensuring 100% compliance with the HR policies
- Ability to create high quality HR processes & SOPs and lead the team to adhere to those standards.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET :
- MBA HR with 5- 8 years of experience -preferably in MNCs with good exposure to international business practices
- Excellent communication skills, both, written and oral and should be proficient in making business presentations.
- Ability to connect with a wide variety of stakeholders and agility in a dynamic environment
