- New Joiner Upload
- Employee Movement / Life cycle management such as Reporting/ location/BU/ Department etc. changes
c. Leave Management System
- Monthly Leave Updates for New Joiners
- Annual Holiday Calendar
- Monthly Attendance Input for Payroll
d. Confirmation
- Confirmation Assessment from Reporting Manager & Letter Issuance
e. Employee Movement
- Transfer Letter Issuance
- Relocation Expense Approval in conjunction with Procurement.
f .Policy Design & Implementation.

h. Employee Benefit - Group Mediclaim & Accident Policy
- Monthly Endorsements
- GMC Query Resolution & Reimbursements
- Vendor Relationship Management & Adherence to SLA
