Job Description :

- Assist CHRO in General HR Initiatives including Communication, Policy & SOP roll-out, EE, Training & OD, PMS.On-Boarding etc

- Responsible for Internal recruitment, on-boarding, HR presentations & Reports

- Recruitment at PAN India Level with minimal usage of consultant, On-Boarding and Induction

- Employee Insurances

- Drafting and roll out of Employee Handbook

- HR Audits

- Employee Engagement Initiatives

- HR Compliances

Candidate profile : Experienced, First rate profile with hands-on approach. Expertise in preparing presentations and reports. Resident of Gurgaon would be preferred.
