Corporate Finance - Investment Banking Role - Bangalore - CA/MBA/CFA - Manager

Job Description:

- Prepare materials used in fund-raise transactions, including investment memorandums, management presentations, and pitchbooks.

- Pitching to investors (VCs, PE Funds, Family Offices, Angel networks, Accelerators, HNIs and other investor classes)

- Identifying negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring.

- Support the business development activities of the firm

- Ability and proven track record to close deals

- Understanding of businesses across technology, consumer, media & entertainment, pharma & healthcare industries.

- Closing a deal (term-sheet, diligence, definitive)

Personality & Interpersonal skills:

- Strong network with investors (including funds)

- Confidence and maturity to work with and present to funds, partners, founders , leadership teams and ICs.

- A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team

Ideal Candidate:

- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in transaction/deal advisory, investment banking, funds, family offices

- Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA
