Designation: Manager Corporate Finance Qualification: CA Qualified Exp:8-10 Years PQE CA Location: Lagos-Nigeria Reporting to: GM (Finance) at a corporate office Eligibility Criteria: - Must be CA Qualified - Must have exposure to corporate finance experience - Exposure to FMCG Duties &amp; Responsibilities: - Preparation of consolidated MIS consisting of P &amp; L account, BS, group budgeting and all other relevant information of all Group companies across the Globe. - Reviewing the reports submitted by Plants on Weekly/Monthly/Forecast/Budget, - Consolidating and timely submission of the same from the Region for Global Management Reporting. - Provide costing and pricing information on new and existing products. - Preparation of various management reports, new project Feasibility and evaluation reports, with presentation slides for senior management (Exco and Opco). - Tracking of actual against budget and helps prepare a detailed variance analysis report on a monthly basis for senior management review. - Presenting the Investment thesis to review committee on Organic expansions. - Accounting for material, labor and overhead variances with a preparation of cost sheet of different products etc. - Supports initiatives to identify and implement sustainable cost management activities globally and present actionable insights. - Preparation of sales, production, overheads analysis. - Participating in the Business review meets and following up for the key decisions agreed in the meet. - Verifying the cash flows of Group companies and advise the business unit how to bridge the shortfall. - Analysis of debtor aging and creditor aging report and alert the business unit - Tax planning and verification of Income-tax calculations of the units and advise them for making provision in MIS - Verification of VAT returns of the units - Tracking of KPIs assigned to various functions. - Advising the areas to be conducted an Internal audit. - Verification of detail schedules of PL and BS of all the companies.
