As a Manager- Corporate Finance, you will be handling the following responsibilities

Mergers & Acquisitions - 

- Business Portfolio Rationalization including evaluation of potential acquisition and divestiture opportunities.

Risk Management - 

- Lead risks management framework and continuously review all finance policies and internal control procedures, effecting necessary changes where needed.

- Conducts research and identify opportunities for the business considering the business's financial objectives, risk, and investment viability.

Investor Relations - 

- Lead IR function to ensure effective communication of the key messages to the prospective as well as the existing investors including investor meets and conferences.

- Lead the investment related presentations, investor meetings, monitoring the trading trends and answer questions raised by the investors.
