Manager - Corporate Finance - CA - IT/KPO

Finance Department:

Job Responsibilities

- Managing accounting, compliances & Banking of US,EU,UK & India

- Interaction with respective country heads & consultants for all supports in accounting, compliances, cash flow & taxation issues

- Transfer pricing policy of the group & filing with Govt authorities

- Consolidation of the accounts of the group as per GAAP & group structure

- Corporate taxation, Direct & Indirect taxation

- Setting up operations in New Country

- Managing all Legal compliances, agreements with customers

- Working Capital Management - BU wise profit & loss account

- Interaction with Big 4 Consulting firms - Managing various Audits.

Knowledge & Experience required:

- Knowledge of Indian Accounting as per GAAP

- Knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS is preferred

- Knowledge of Consolidation of accounting

- Knowledge of Accounting standards and Companies act 2013

- MIS

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Knowledge of statutory, Internal & Tax Audit

- Working knowledge of GST & Income tax

- Cash Management

- Experience in International working environment

- Knowledge of Indian Taxation, TDS, Service Tax & compliances etc

Qualification & Skills:

- CA with at least with 5+ years of experience either at Service/Software company /KPO

- Good communication skills and Excel knowledge
