Manager - Corporate Finance/Auditing - BFSI - CA

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible Accounting and bookkeeping: day to day accounting, monthly closing and monthly MIS and reporting

- Responsible for gathering, analysis and reporting of financial data on a periodic basis to all stakeholders (daily/weekly/monthly/ Quarterly): Preparing consolidated statements for stakeholders in accordance with requirements

- Responsible for preparation of consolidated financial statements for quarterly Limited Review (LR)

- Responsible for preparation of consolidated financial statement as per Ind AS for yearly statutory audit

- Assist VP - F&A in M&A / Fund raising / IPO activity/ credit rating etc

- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, reporting for unfavorable variances

- Assist in implementation of strategic initiatives of Company including System and Technology improvement

- Developing models and analysis for risk and forecasting

Skill Set:.

- Experience in Audit finalization & Consolidation of financial statements

- Thorough knowledge of InD AS

- Should have handled audits with big 4 CA firms

- Good analytical thinking

- Attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong MS Office skills, Advanced skills with Excel/ Power points
