- Being up to date with all the news across our agencies - new campaigns, new business wins and new senior level hires, mainly. Weekly coordination.
- Getting hold of and coordinating with necessary teams on all the information necessary for campaign notes, press releases on new business wins and new senior level hires.
- Editing first draft of the said campaign and press releases
- Ensuring approvals from necessary teams for press releases and campaign notes.
- Regular calls and coordination with journalists for interviews-maintaining a healthy relationship with them.
- Constant searching for opportunities for the Group to be featured in various publications.
- Tracking of our news daily.
- Quarterly review of the print and online PR coverage.
- Daily update of news and creative work showcase on the website, through IT.
- The person will also be in charge of our media tracking agency and coordinate with them in order to ensure that all our news is being tracked and we don- t miss out on anything.
- The person will also help in social media updates, especially during events etc.
- Creative ideas for celebrating various internationally acclaimed cause related days.
- Role would be more of supervising most of the jobs and will report directly to the MD of the office.
