Manager - Corporate Communications for a manufacturing client with a national footprint based at Lucknow

Job Purpose : To create and build a positive image and to make the brand name visible as an independent company, to ensure consistent messaging internally and externally.

KRA :

- Develop the marketing strategy ,identify the right target audience and the right platforms for publicity

- Develop branding guidelines for the organization to ensure a consistent brand image internally and externally

- Ensure active presence and visibility on all online platforms by publishing online content about all organizational initiatives and latest service offerings

- Drive the creation and timely circulation of the customer / partner newsletter Identify opportunities where can be highlighted, through either logo presence, speaker opportunity, white papers, media / magazine articles and journals

- Work with the IT team to correctly brand and update the Intranet site

- Manage relationships with the PR agencies, identify stories to highlight in media, counter negative coverage and handle all sensitive communications

- Identify, create and find the correct medium for print advertisements

- Manage the company website and update regularly

- Identify events to participate in and also organize customer events
