Job Description:
- Responsible for reputation management essentially through media relations and customer outreach
- Media management
- Building brand visibility for the company across different media channels
- Managing PR crisis
- Building visibility for specific brands and portfolios
- Managing company websites and creating customer and corporate collateral
- Building company's presence in social media - for several portfolios as well as Social Media activities for focus products
- Internal communication through the company's magazine
- Building the CSR programme and integrating it into the business
- Leveraging the CSR - raising awareness for the CSR initiatives in the media and with customers
Other requisites:
- Strong background in communicative English
- Experience in copy-editing and content management roles
- Experience of having worked in environments requiring coordination with multiple stakeholders including agencies
Reporting : Business Head
Education - Post Graduate in Communications
Experience - 10-15 years with minimum 5 years in managerial function handling a 5+ member team.
Experience in FMCG / Pharma industry will be an added advantage
