Manager Corporate Communication
Job Purpose:
The Corporate Communications Manager will work with the Head - Corporate Communications to deliver on external and internal communications campaigns. In addition to various organization-wide employee communications programs and events that aim to maximize employee engagement and productivity, the individual will also plan and roll out external communication campaigns; create high-quality content for newsletters, mailers, intranets, bulletins, website, various events, etc. and work with various stakeholders across the businesses to ensure that communications are delivered on time.
Qualifications :
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in arts/mass communications/journalism
- 4-8 years of relevant and proven experience
Skills Required :
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent interpersonal & Analytical skills
- Ability to think creatively and work with minimal supervision
- Exposure to high-level stakeholder interaction and management
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of effective communications media and methods - including print, online platforms, and social media
- Knowledge related to execution and delivery of communication, stories, and content through various offline and online channels
- Proactive, collaborative and results driven
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and bring meaningful change in organizational culture
