Position Summary : INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (Majority role) Newsletters - Coordinate with site representatives and source content - Assist the design agency on content, artwork and pagination / post production - Coordinate timely dispatch as per the agreed plan - print and/or e-copy - Employee Engagement Program&nbsp;- assist in content and source relevant image - Company Success Stories - Coordinate details from relevant sites / Develop content / Execute photo-shoots as per the agreed plan Mobile application - Regular story updates from across the plants and zones - Assist the agency with the next level development phase and roll out EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION - Press Conferences (Dealer launch, Facility inauguration, Product launch, Factory launch - Jaipur etc.) - Media interviews/Relationship Building meetings with mainline media - Trade media - Digital Communication ADVERTISEMENTS - Media planning - Print advertisement budget - update budget sheet every month to map expenses (trade and mainline) Qualification: - Graduate with MBA (Mass Comm.) preferred. Experience: - 5+ years of industry experience from Construction Equipment or Automotive industry preferably.
