1. Coordinate and manage key internal communications for employees in the subsidiary or division to effectively convey key messages and values promoted by senior management
2. Deliver appropriate communications resources for different projects and campaigns, covering related to operational management and promotion: preparing and running meetings, supervising intranet communications, communicating key messages, etc.
3. Develop, manage and support key internal events for employee engagement.
4. Develop and execute internal corporate communication projects for the organisation and support global project from HQ
5. Maintain relationships with brand managers.
6. Set up and monitor feedback from internal communications campaigns, listen to feedback from employees and suggest improvements
7. Monitor the budget.
8. Contribute to building and implementing a 360- external communication strategy in line with the business strategy and Group Communication strategy:
9. Contribute the communication plan, develop and manage a full calendar of media relations activity
10. Support media relations, including new media : develop individual relations with key journalists and support first level response to media inquiries
11. Support the organisation of press material and events
12. Liaise and manage relationships with Agencies (PR, Design, Media Monitoring, Digital etc).
13. Knowledge of communication techniques and tools including digital and social media.
14. Knowledge of media relations and development of press material.
Experience - 5-8 yrs .
Qualification - Post graduate from reputed institute.
Industry - Key FMCG players only.
