Manager - Corporate Communication

Communication :

- Contribute in driving the internal communications of the firm

- Support specialized Human Capital campaigns and messaging, including employee benefits, performance management etc.

- Support internal and external talent branding (including campus branding) initiatives for the firm

- Review of internal policies for HC and other internal functions

- Create end to end campaigns for internal consumption across functional needs

- Support leadership communication needs

- Work on generating content for newsletters, internal portal, email campaigns, mailers, posters etc.

- Should have corporate communications experience of at least 5 years.

- We would prefer candidates with ingrained experience in Communications teams, over those from PR agencies or media owing to a requirement of managing multiple internal stakeholders and project management for campaigns.

- Graduation and Post-graduation in Journalism, Mass Media, English or allied fields preferred.

- Good understanding of social media messaging will be helpful to the strength of the candidature.

Salary offered: 10-15 LPA
