Manager - Corporate Affairs - Manufacturing Firm

- To assist the team in various activities related to fund raising (Promoter Funding) viz., review and finalization of finance and legal documents

- Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders for pre and post documents/ compliances with respect to borrowings

- Work in co-ordination with the compliance team for various regulatory activities

- Co-ordinating with internal/ external stakeholders for financing activities

- Accounting and taxation of various promoter group entities

- Assisting the team in reviewing loan documentation and related activities

- Preparing various MIS reports related to promoter group loans for Management and identifying top-up / top-down requirements to maintain optimum security margin level

- Monitoring of security margin as per loan agreements for share backed financing

- Interacting with trustees, rating agencies etc. for various tasks related to financing documents

- Independently handling documentation for put/call interest rate reset.

- Managing trustee/lender's compliances on a periodical basis report as per Covenants of executed loan agreements
