Position : Manager - Corporate Action (6 yrs+)

Job Location : Malad - West (Mumbai)

Cab facility : Yes

Shift : Night Shift (8:00 pm onwards)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure all corporate Action events are validated.

- Monitor Corporate action Manager (CAM)

- Investigate & resolve all reconciliation exceptions.

- Participate in local, regional & global initiatives / projects in conjunction with the Global corporate Actions team.

- Manage any queries received from both internal and external stakeholders.

- Support the global "pass-the-book" strategy and build strong relationships with Global Corporate Actions colleagues.

- Manage workload and determine appropriate priorities to ensure the completion of work in an effective and risk controlled manner.
