Manager - Corporate Accounts - CA - Manufacturing

Job Purpose:

- Is responsible for the financials of the Company and to contribute in the area of Enhanced decision support / MIS for the Senior Management

- To ensure compliance to Companies Act 2013 & Revised Clause 49 to the Listing agreement among other statutory requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

- Review of MIS/Audit Committee Agenda for the Audit Committee Directors on the APL standalone numbers on a quarterly basis.

- To bring about process improvements/value additions/better analysis in all areas of operation and in reporting requirements.

- Implement and leverage the IT systems for elevated levels of analysis / better MIS/Analytics/reporting etc..

- To ensure compliance to Companies Act 2013 & Revised Clause 49 to the Listing agreement among other statutory requirements

- To work and contribute in the other areas / functions within Corporate accounts that may be assigned.

Qualification :

- Chartered Accountants who have cleared the examination in FIRST ATTEMPT - 2013 & 2014

- Graduation in any Discipline.

Previous Experience:

Experience & Knowledge in handling financial statements of listed companies, Knowledge of IGAAP / IFRS / IND-AS, Companies Act, 2013 etc.
