Manager - Corporate Accounting & Tax Compliance - CA

Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience in:

- Client Management

- Preparation of Financial Statements

- Book keeping and related tax compliances such as TDS, Service tax, VAT etc.

- Filing of Income tax return, Service tax return, VAT Return, TDS Return etc.

Responsibilities:

- Control over day to day accounts / Book-keeping of clients (In general Indian subsidiaries of foreign companies).

- Review of monthly/quarterly/yearly management reporting.

- Control over statutory compliances such as Income tax (Advance tax, TDS, Annual Filing), Service Tax (Reverse Charge, Payment, Input Credit, Refund, filings), VAT, FEMA, Company Law.

- Review of Financial Statements under I-GAAP.

- Audit assistance to client companies.

- Manage Team's performance Appraisals

- Help sales team in technical aspects during acquisition of new clients

- Explore the opportunity of any new work from existing client.
