About our Client - Our client is a large, well-known MNC in the pharmaceutical space. Spread across multiple specializations, they are the custodians of reputed brands and a household name across the country. Headquartered in Mumbai, they are looking for a finance professional to take care of their controls and compliance &CS activities for the organization.

Job Description :

- As Manager - Controls & CS activities you will report into the Head Finance and be responsible to Lead the Sarbanes Oxley deficiency reporting process - Business Continuity Planning and Risk Management

- Lead, participate and gain alignment on internal control activities and SOX/Non-SOX issues/progress

- Self- Assessment review covering all the functions in the company

- Facilitate and coordinate internal/external Audits

- Lead the disbursement review meetings. Preparing minutes of Board Meetings, maintaining statutory registers as required under Companies Acts

- Approve and sign all the documents, forms and maintaining records of all Company Act related documentation

The Successful Candidate :

- You will have an overall post qualification work ex of 5+ within internal controls and compliance space.

- You must have a CS degree. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels. You have worked with multinational FMCG/manufacturing clients.
