Manager - Controlling - Sales & Marketing - Automotive (Female Only)

- Responsible for all Financial Information Capture and Reporting relating to the Sales & Marketing

- Monitor the economic and financial trends proposing possible action plans;

- Ensure management reports and all related analysis (sales and margin analysis, discount analysis, operative expenses etc.

- Assist sales & marketing functions in building up annual budget and planning assuring the monitoring and the control at all level

- Ensure budget/ forecasts/ operative expenses planning on time and in accordance with standardized approaches

- Implement reporting methodologies ensuring the coherence and homogeneity of the information

- Develop and monitor strong internal control systems and compliance;

- Business partnering with Sales & Marketing team in order to ensure revenue & profitability optimization and Cost controls

Dealer Credit Control:

- Propose & regular review of the guidelines for granting Company credit; ensure the proper management of credit policies, in compliance with the envisaged rules and procedures
