Responsibilities:  - Ensuring direct tax and indirect tax compliance as per applicable laws  - Closing of books and producing financial statements as per IGAAP and USGAAP  - Managing Compliance related to SEZ and STPI as per local laws  - Analysis of Data, preparation of MIS, variance analysis with budgets and forecasts  - Provide timely and accurate month-end and year-end close support, including but not limited to balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany processing and accruing expenses  - Preparation and verification of audit schedules, liaising with internal and statutory auditors  - Provide project support such as systems testing and new system improvement/implementation  - Ensure timely delivery, improvements, standardization, documentation and redesigning of processes  - Provide other general support for the corporate controllers team  Skills & Qualifications:   - CA/CPA with at least 4 - 6 years of experience in financial accounting roles (preferable within the financial institutions or fund management industries)  - Financial accounting as per IGAAP and US GAAP and tax experience in the funds management industry  - Experience in Oracle Financial and Hyperion  - Project management skills  - Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
