Job Description : Finance Manager / Controller role with a global services multinational entering India (Hyderabad)

Description :

As the financial manager / controller for the India entity, the responsibilities shall include :

- Entire ownership of books of accounts. Ensure compliance with respect to IFRS for the India entity while taking care of sub-functions like AP, AR, GL etc. Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and financial reporting

- Set up systems, processes and internal controls from scratch

- Take care of the treasury function to maintain adequate working capital and make cash flow projections

- Develop and own the entire FP&A function. This shall include the entire budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and profitability evaluations

- Liaise with the business and sales teams and evaluate projects from a profitability standpoint

- Be a strong business partner to the managing director of the firm as well as the business teams to help them identify and evaluate opportunities for the firm to grow

Profile :

- You will be a qualified chartered accountant with between 5-10 years of post qualification experience ideally coming in from a highly process driven multinational.

- Exposure to setting up financial systems and processes from scratch will be an added advantage. In addition to this, you will have strong experience on IFRS as well.

- From a personality front, you will have strong interpersonal & negotiation skills (exposure to dealing with international stakeholders will be an added advantage).
