Role Summary:

The incumbent will be based at Regional office, Gurgaon in contracts and procurement vertical and shall be responsible for formulating Contracts, Award of Contracts, Administer the contracts and Closure of contracts. This involves negotiating with vendors and suppliers, drafting agreements, contractual correspondences, managing claims and extra works, periodic monitoring of billing and material reconciliations. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing regional resources from Process and Knowledge perspective.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Evaluate, rank, and recommend vendors to meet business requirements In terms of cost, time and quality following a systematic selection and evaluation procedure

- Responsible for on-boarding and finalization Contractors for different work packages i.e. Civil, Finishing, MEP, Interior, and Infrastructure etc. with an utmost focus on Cost, quality and delivery time lines and in line with SOP.

- Responsible for Vendor management, vendor development, cost negotiations, new product development, contracting and developing strategy plan for different projects

- Benchmarking costs, collecting market intelligence & tracking commodity pricing - monitoring market dynamics

- Procurement management and oversight - continually look for opportunities of cost reductions and cost avoidance

- Lead the negotiations end to end with suppliers and get the best techno-commercial value

- Negotiate and manage contract on behalf of Company as per defined process in SOP

- Proactively Identifies areas of opportunity, process improvement i.e. development of SOPs and cost efficiencies etc.
