Manager - Continous Improvement

- Candidate should be Six Sigma Black belt / Lean certified

- Candidate should be open to work in shifts

- Responsible for implementation of the organization wide initiatives from a continuous improvement perspective

- Work closely with the operation leaders for ensuring the smooth completion of the projects

- Perform process health check activities for the large teams on a periodic frequency

- Responsible for identification of process that would be automatable

- Support operation in the data analytical needs for problem solving

- Good skills in Excel, Minitab and other statistical tools
