Manager - Content Strategist

Job Description:

We are looking for an self-driven Content & Growth Strategist to lead our Content Team. Our ideal match is a professional with an eye for perfection, a strong work ethic, and prior experience with handling large-scale social media accounts. Bonus points for being excited about AI. ;)

You will work directly with the founder and with India's most viewed finance content creator team with over 6M subs.

Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple projects at the intersection of AI x Content x Business focused on brand equity, user engagement & driving growth.

- Drive content strategy across all channels (website, social media, YouTube) aligned with the intent of the target audience.

- Grow & sustain our online presence through organic & paid campaigns.

- Work closely with the founders of Future & AI, LLA & the whole creative team.

- Lead community events across multiple locations targeted at increasing AI awareness and facilitate meaningful relationships at scale.

Requirements:

- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

- Proficiency in tech copywriting and social media content creation & publishing

- Strong analytical skills; Proficiency with data & MS excel

- Strong project management skills, organization and proactive follow-ups

- Team management, stakeholder management - internal & external

- Have a "never say never" attitude; are super hungry to learn & execute.

- Be highly self-motivated and result-oriented.

Background:

- 4-7 yrs work experience in content creation & project management

- Prior experience in a similar managerial role with a mid to large size company that has a large social presence & content base

- Graduate from a reputed Media & Mass Communication / Engineering / Humanities / Design / MBA Institution.

- Flexible working hours
